Shipping costs:
． The shipping fee for Taiwan is NT$150 per order, and shipping is free for orders over NT$3,000.
． Hong Kong freight is calculated based on weight and shipped to your door by air. If it exceeds 24 kg, please send a private message to Facebook customer service .

Shipping specifications:
- Food and ingredients are consumable goods. Due to the special properties of the goods and shelf life issues, unless the goods themselves are defective and can be returned, once they are unpacked and eaten, or if the outer box is deformed, loses temperature or is poorly stored due to the consumer's fault, the goods will not be allowed to deteriorate. Cannot be returned. When returning goods, please keep the integrity of the goods, packaging, gifts, and invoices, otherwise unsubscription will not be accepted.
- Due to the friendly production process of agricultural products, if there are slight defects in appearance, this is normal, so please feel free to eat it.
- When it arrives, please unbox it immediately to confirm. If there is any condition, please take a photo and send it to Facebook customer service .
- After the product is delivered to your home in about 2 to 7 working days as estimated on the product page, please check the product as soon as possible. If the product itself is missing or damaged during home delivery, please call the customer service hotline within 24 hours. (089)510-271 Inform the damaged goods, keep the complete packaging of the goods, and provide photos of missing or damaged goods. Compensation will not be accepted for the above situations caused by overdue or not being properly stored immediately.
- If the subscriber wants to cancel early / refund the amount that has been paid but has not been shipped, the calculation basis should be based on the original price before the discount, and the discount plan will not be applicable.
